The interview process took 3 hours, with 4 interviewers. The first one was with the HR, the next two were with Mechanical Engineers working in the field where you'll be hired, and the last one was the hiring manager. Everything was casual and conversational. By the time you reach the hiring manager, they'll be asking all sorts of behavioural and technical questions.
