Very efficient and pleasant interview process. I did one final interview round, where I spoke to multiple people in the quality department. First the director, then an engineer who runs the materials groups, then 2 quality managers. They are 30 min snippets with each person, they get to know you, ask about experiences within QA, what you see for yourself, etc. Interviewed on a Friday and heard back by the middle of next week.

I did a brief phone interview and then an in person interview at their Chicago office. I person I interviewed with a senior manager, three supervisors and one younger person. The interview also included an informal lunch out.
