I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at S&L (Chicago, IL) in 2014. The whole process was longer than I expected (approximately 4 hours). An HR rep told us about the benefits of working there and a little bit about the company. They took me to one of the engineering leads and asked standard interview questions. Finally it was with I presumed to be the Structural Vice president . Overall I was very impressed by how candor each person was when talking about the company. They earnestly cared about making sure my expectations were accurate and what would be appropriately expected from me as a new hire.

Teams interviews from 4 people that was less of an interview and more being spoken too. Most of the questions were pretty general and there weren’t very many. HR said to expect 2-3 weeks for a decision but my rejection email came in about 11 business hours, so I guess I was just really not who they were looking for
