Intensive, thorough, and personable. An effort to vet applicants for talent and skills rather than a popularity contest or drill at answering trick questions. Spent a total of around 8 hours talking to senior employees, the hiring manager, and constituent managers. Written test at the end which required studying the Scalyr product and applying it. From initial interview to offer was 31 days. Scalyr was honest and transparent throughout the entire process, which I appreciated.
