First, telephone HR interview. Then a group assessment in presence, during which they described the company and the available roles, then a small group activity. Finally, we will have an interview with the direct manager.

En la primera entrevista hay que gravar unos videos respondiendo a preguntas. Es bastante hostil y poco personal. En mi experiencia no es una entrevista muy agradable de realizar ni ayuda a poder expresarte con claridad.
