Protracted, recruiter ended up ghosting despite multiple follow ups . Received formal rejection after 4 months. Was placed under consideration the whole time up until rejection. Not professional, could have been handled better.

The HireVue process was very simple. I thought it was great to be able to complete on your own time. You need to make sure to have a computer or phone with video capabilities for the screening.
