Entrevista
I was interviewed by two people for the Philippine office. I am used to rejection from several job applications I had with MNCs of similar scale. This one's a bit different though, The male is a lead accountant based in Cavite with his manager who came in late from another meeting. The guy asked me to detail my "colorful" experiences in my resume as he described it, so I did. I disclosed the reasons for leaving each of the companies I had been with which varies from growth, work environment, new opportunities, relocation. I'm not sure if he had a good sleep, cos it was the 1st or 2nd hour of the day, then he asked why do I keep on leaving due to the environment? So I answered him not all the reasons were because of that as I clearly stated for each company. He didnt seem to wake up on the right side of the bed. Also, the process improvements implemented seem to backfire against them. They look challenged with the matrix environment cos they keep on repeating it and asked if I can handle which I already initially answered yes. I dont think the process was stringent, they can take pride of their controls and company itself, I just sense something was off with the manner of interview.
