I applied for the position on Nov 28th, I had a phone interview with HR first on Dec 12th and an Interview with managers a week later. After the holidays, I received the survey. Didn't get an update yet. But both interviews were pleasant. They took the time to explain what the position is intended for, who I will be working with. So, I've been asked couples of behavioral and situational questions directly related to the role.

The interviewer asked a bunch behavioural questions and kept it simple. They were two in the interview and interviewer was very kind and straightforward. Overall the interview went great and I got a job offer within a week.
