I applied via email with a CV and cover letter. I was invited to an interview within two weeks of applying. At the first interview, I did 3 tests - proof reading, maths and sub-editing task. Then I had an interview where I was asked around 20 questions about my skills, experience and knowledge of the sector. I was invited for a second interview, which was more intense. I did an Excel test and a copywriting test. The excel test was difficult to get done in the time! Then there was another interview where I was asked more in-depth questions. I was asked to prepare an analysis of their primary clubs leaflet for the second interview as well which I gave. The process was rather long and felt intense for an entry level role. The feedback I initially received was generic so I requested further feedback which I got back within 2 working days.
