I sent the application with my resume through my school internship program. The interviewer picked around 5 students for the phone interview. It took about 1 hour to complete. One week later, the interviewer called me back for the next step which is interview with the manager and the supervisor in the branch. It also took about an hour. One week later, I got a call from the HR and accepted the offer.

Applied online, received email two weeks later. Two step process of survey, and then online customer stimulation (be sure to have a pen and paper, and pay attention to all details and read it clearly!). Got an email back to have a "recorded" online interview. Essentially you record your answers. Final step was another interview through webcam with an HR person.
