I applied online, the recruiter offered me another position. After two weeks I got an phone interview, and the interview has been re-scheduled a week after. The phone interview was very easy, the interviewer just go through the job description with me, and couple questions about previous work experience.

Interviewer was friendly and professional. It was more of a discussion than interview. For the last part he gave me a scenario printed on a paper and 2 minutes to prepare my pitch.

Applied through a recruitment agency. All communications were through them. They let me know about the interview over mail.just one interview in person on premises by a manager. Interviewer was friendly and professional. Described mission and opportunity.
