It consisted of a list of questions I had to fill out and submit. After several months, I was called for an over-the-phone interview, which was fairly informal. I was already a part of the company, and the company was fairly new at the time so I'm sure the interview process has changed drastically since then.
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. No engagement really and the interviewer couldn't answer half the questions I asked. They also called their pay competitive which actually isn't even enough to live on.

Initially I did not hear back from anyone for a few months after I submitted my application. After I was contacted, the interview process was long and included multiple screening interviews prior to being selected for the position.

I applied on line, got a call for interview. I-9 was done at the same time , back ground check was initiated and this took 2 weeks and on job training was started.
