First interview with HR was fine. Second interview with manager was fine. Third interview with other PMs was a disaster. HR forgot to send me the link to the meeting so I had to request it the morning of the interview. Three PMs interviewed me with basic questions, but one of them kept interrupting my responses with hostile commentary - every single response. His questions were basic, criticizing the wording of my resume. Halfway through, I wanted to hang up. I no longer wanted the job. At the end, they explained they were “grilling” me to see how I would deal with an irate customer. This is not an appropriate way to conduct an interview. You run the risk of the applicant not wanting to work with them, which is what happened. At the end of the call, I’d already decided to not pursue the job. It’s one thing to be in the fire with customers every day, but to have volatility demonstrated by potential team members is very off-putting. Not a reasonable way to interview a candidate.

Phone interview with the recruiter. We went over my skills and qualifications. Recruiter said I sound like a great match and she'd get me set up with the second interview right away. Didn't hear back for a week, sent an email, no response. Sent another email a week later and got a response within 5 min saying that they are already at the offer stage with another applicant. Interview was too easy for a reason I guess. The lack of follow-through and ghosting left a bad taste in my mouth

Inititally interviewed for a different position. One member of the interview panel wanted to interview me for another one, which was more in line with my interests and paid more. Took a long time for that interview to finally happen but when it did, the questions were virtually identical to those in the first interview. Never heard a final decision for either position, despite repeatedly reaching out to members of the interview panels. Interestingly, I was offered a position at the organization for which Sealaska is the contractor.
