Hiring manager (department director) conducted the first phone interview and lasted close to an hour. The manager asked me questions about my work experiences and encouraged me to treat it like a conversation. At the end, I had the opportunity to ask my own questions. I was invited for a second interview, which the department manager and another team member conducted. It followed the same structure as the first and lasted 30 minutes.
