It was very beneficial and straight forward. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule, as I was still working for another company. They gave me the tools to be prepared for my interview and I felt very comfortable when I spoke with them.
Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.

Entrevista
It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
