Application submitted via recruiter for a temp to perm position. Sedgwick contacted me directly 2 days later for an interview. However the interview for was a permanent position. I interviewed with the Hiring manager and 3 supervisors. The interview went very well and I feel I present myself well and answered their questions directly and with confidence. I left the interview with a positive feeling. The same day I completed an online assessment test and hiring application to complete a background check. Its been a week since I interviewed. I am still waiting on an offer. I was informed by HR I would hear back either way.

Can you give an example of a difficult case you handled. What would you do if you had several urgent assignments and the client emailed you needing an issue resolved. Why are you looking to change employer.
Panel interview with claims director and management team to discuss new role. The questions were straight forward and the opportunity to get greater detail on the department was encouraged. I am very interested but don't yet have a call back.

Super easy interview process. Best company to work for. I had the initial interview with the recruiter. Then I had the actual interview with the Sedgwick managers, and it took about 1 hour. Then they made the decision the following week.

pleasant and quick I don't have a lot to say, this was one of the best interviews I went on. The manger was so clamed and pleasant, which made me feel at peace. I really did have a great experience so glad and grateful.
