The first interview was fairly simple and self-explanatory: 11 questions total. Four of them had answers requiring video responses {if camera shy, no worries -- you can hide your face and keep the audio running if preferred}, and the remainder were written ones. Since the initial/first video interview is pre-recorded, you are given a timeframe of up to 72 hours from the date offered to you to complete it or you will be disqualified as a potential job candidate for the position you're applying for. If your first interview is reviewed and accepted by HR, you will then be extended the offer to move onto the second/final interview. This will take place live via video conference with a talent advisor, and need to be scheduled via the website provided to you in an email. It's only a half hour. The job is explained thoroughly to you, you're asked about your qualifications, and turnaround is about a week's time for a yay or nay from management to decide whether or not you're hired. Good luck!
