The interview process wasn't hard. It was a general interview that focused on your resume and tried to determine if you were a good fit for the organization. There were several layers to the interviewing process, however, I wasn't a good over fit for what they were looking for. I don't have any opinion of the organization one way or the other.

One phone interview and one in-person with the direct supervisor. Supervisor mostly wanted to see if I was a good fit for the team. The offer was eventually made by their head of HR, who made it clear that there would no negotiating on salary. Overall process was pretty quick - I was offered the job within a few weeks of the interview and then started within the next two weeks.
