I’m not sure why my review was removed. I applied for the UI/UX Designer position and was asked to complete a task involving ideas for their app. After putting in the effort to design and submit my proposal, I never heard back—no interview, no update on the application status. It felt unprofessional and left me questioning whether the task was genuinely part of the hiring process or simply a way to collect ideas

1. Applied online and received an email to ask if you wish to proceed with design assessment. Design assessment is specific to their current problem. 2. After the challenge is sent over, no reply from them Hope company will be more respectful of each candidate's time and effort put into the assessment.
