If you're shortlisted, you get an assignment to solve and hand in. It mostly tests your abilities as a tester depending on whether you have previous experience as a tester or not. Then, if you pass that, you get an interview with the software development manager, senior software developers, and testers. Then if that goes well, you meet the CTO and if that's all good then you get an offer!
