Contacted by recruiter 1 week after I submitted application. Brief phone interview about my experience and why I want to work for Richmond. Went to corporate for a "group" interview with 8 candidates. Filled out a questionnaire and had to sell a product with a partner, that's it. Took a personality assessment the next day and received an email a week later saying they went ahead with someone else. Wasn't very personal and seemed rushed, like they didn't care.

Entrevista
I applied online, and got called back to schedule a screening phone interview within a week. After my screening, I was scheduled to meet with the Sales Manager. Both were straightforward interviews, they wanted to understand my motivations, goals and approach.

Entrevista
I applied online, two days later I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. I had a brief phone interview, she told me she think I made a good fit, I set up in person interview over the phone. I had my in person interview a week and half later, after the interview I did a sales personality test, then I was asked to complete my background check. It took about 4 days to come back then I was offered a position.
