Application process was by CV to email. The interview was by a panel over Zoom. There were many scenario questions for the role including one on how you would deal with a service user was being financially abused my their family.

Very easygoing, lovely environment. Very calm and made me feel at ease. Only 10 questions to answer and i found it very relaxed. Asked questions about relevant experience and how you treat staff and give support.
