Immediate call after applying. Flexibility with scheduling of interview. Communication was convenient as it was through email. Some paperwork to fill out when arriving. Interviewed with two people, another brought in briefly. Appreciated their honesty in admitting that the job can be demanding & stressful... shows they want to find a good fit, not just someone to fill the seat. Everyone was friendly, but didn’t seem like they were overselling; seemed genuine.
