A few points on my interview:
- As a recruiter myself, I believe it is very bad not giving feedback after 2-3 days of the recruiter screening. I never heard back.
- the recruiter was quite inexperienced - didn't really dig in my experience, what a recruit for, got the same question over and over again.
- when I shared my salary expectations she changed her face. Tips for her: it is fine if you can't match someone's expectations, but you can just be transparent on the salary.- not clear info on the role, KPIs, target, etc
Definitely as a recruiter I wouldn't have liked to work in a team like that!

Entrevista
A complete waste of time. They hook you in by telling you how amazing your profile is then they ghost you after the interview. If you're going to talk to someone, at least have the courtesy to send them a rejection after the fact. Or hire recruiters that are capable of doing that. This process showed the company's true colors and I'm glad I won't be working here.
