I applied online, they gave me a call within the next week, and I started out with a group interview. There were four people in total, and we were interviewing for various positions. They asked us basic questions, such as why we wanted to work at Seneca and about our previous experience. After the group interview, I did not receive an invitation for a second round.

It was a combination of group interview, individual interview and computer test. Applicant needs to be prepared for the interview. Focuses on technical skills, communication skills, leadership style, problem solving skills, etc.
