I had a very frustrating experience during my interview a hiring manager. She was consistently disorganized, rescheduled the interview multiple times, and never showed up for our initial meeting. When we finally did connect, it was clear she hadn’t reviewed my resume ahead of time, which was evident during our conversation. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she came across as rude and unprepared. Overall, it was a very disappointing interaction, and I left with little confidence in the company’s hiring process.

Entrevista
HR Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager Peer, Head of CS org. It great, I was told by each that I was definitely a running to go final stages, then DEAD SILENCE, no response, nothing.. not even thanks but no thanks! It was disappointing since we are all desperate to get a job since so many layoffs in tech.

A lady from talent acquisition asked me a few questions and just simply rejected without any reasons articulated. The communication took so long. It was more like interrogation rather than interview.

Entrevista
The interview process at SentinelOne was a truly positive experience from start to finish. It included an initial screening with the People team, followed by several rounds with the hiring manager and other team members. Everyone I met was sharp, well-prepared, and respectful of my time — all interviews started on time and felt meaningful.
Even though I didn’t receive an offer due to the high level of competition, I can only be grateful for having had the chance to meet such talented and professional people.
