Made it to the final interviews, then got GHOSTED. I did a presentation in my second interview and was told I would hear back within the week. After a week of no communication, I emailed them asking for a follow up. They took another entire week to respond (I thought I had been ghosted by this point) but to my surprise, they messaged back saying they needed another week. I waited the week, radio silence. I emailed them again and now have received zero communication. Very unprofessional. The least they could do was tell me I did not get the job.
