Interview was on site and seemed normal and relaxed first, but after second interviewer arrived it became a bit blunt. Non-related questions were asked and all in all the process was unprofessional. Never heard back from them, not even feedback from the recruiter. Bad sign for any company if you're applying for a job in their HR department and for them HR actually works like this.

Interview process had 4 rounds. Disappointed with the recruitment/talent acquisition team as despite follow-ups , there was no reply and was ghosted. I think that a rejection email to update on the interview status would have been respectful of the other party's time and effort put in to prepare for the rounds of interviews with the company.

Was referred by a current employee and spoke with recruiter. After being told there would be an update in the next couple of days - no response. Over six weeks later - still nothing.
Poorly written job posting. No indication of direct reports, and through the tactical nature of the description one would assume it to be an individual contributor role. During the recruiter screen it was revealed to have multiple directs. This appeared to be on eof the most significant factors for next steps, yet not indicated in the JD.

Describe a previous experience that aligns with the needs of the role.
Worked with an external recruiter who was very good at communicating updates. The process was drawn out though, and it seemed like they were not actually ready to hire. I ended up taking a different job while they were trying to figure out their next steps.
