Entrevista
It was a normal interview, just regular questions like "why should we hire you" & "what is work ethic to you".. Only took about 5-8 minutes. The only thing is they are asking me to come in for a second interview, which I'm so nervous for..Ugh
Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
