I first applied online and was called by a recruiter a couple days after. I scheduled a phone interview and it lasted about 45 minutes. Questions were based on situation analysis. (e.g. what would you do in this situation?) The recruiter then pased my on to an in-store interview then a District manager interview.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Entrevista
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
