Met the manager at a career fair. He liked my background even though I had no sales experience. He invited me for a 30 minute interview and he asked me questions about my background and gave me a strong feel about how the business works. Very simple and straightforward

phone call interview is the first round, second is in person visit to the store where you meet the manager, learn more etc, then you get offered a job at your desired location next.
