The process is very simple - They always do check your logical ability, if you can think and analyse, understand what is requirement then no matter whether you have experience or not, company welcomes freshers also who have good logical ability. Secondly your attitude, you are flexible in adapting new technologies, ready to modify your work style and also happy to learn from your juniors also.
