Entrevista
The interview was conducted as a 20 to 30 minute Skype interview. I was emailed by the company and asked to list my opening time slots and was scheduled to interview the following day. Four interviewers were present and it started via Skype but after the call cut out, the remainder was done by phone.
Alors, chez Siemens à Zoug, le processus d’entretien est plutôt classique. D’abord, tu postules en ligne, puis si ton profil plaît, les RH te contactent pour un premier entretien assez général. Ensuite, tu passes un ou deux entretiens plus techniques avec le manager ou l’équipe, où ils veulent surtout voir si ton expérience colle au poste et si le feeling passe. C’est assez professionnel, parfois un peu long, mais globalement très respectueux et bien organisé.
