Started with a 15min call with the recruiter, pretty standard. Moved on to a 1hr interview with the hiring manager, seemed like we both thought I’d be a great fit for the role and had great conversation. Next was with another teams manager, I was knit-picked on small areas of the role that his team directly managed that I had minimal experience on, per my resume which was frustrating that’s all he could focus on, hammering me on things I clearly had little experience on. Gave me bad vibes that this would be a difficult team member to work with if I was offered the job. All said and done never heard back from the Recruiter who preached that the hiring manager was so excited and couldn’t stop talking about how great of a conversation we had. Emailed the recruiter 3 weeks after my last interview for an update Never heard back. Going through 3 interviews while juggling the schedule of my current role, it would have been nice to be acknowledged and given an update especially after sending an email. Pretty disappointing seeing this from a small(ish) company. Petty or not, I won’t be drinking or supporting this beer anymore. Plenty of better, other craft beers to choose from.
