The interview process took a little longer than standard because I was interviewing over the holidays, so we were working around some vacation schedules. What I appreciate most about the process was how transparent it was at every step of the way. I knew how long I was going to wait before hearing back from people, and they stuck to the schedule given.
Overall, I felt the process was much more streamlined and personable than it is at bigger companies.

Entrevista
This recruiting process was disorganized and frustrating. Despite completing multiple interviews, the hiring process lacked clear structure and communication. The interviewers seemed unprepared, and the recruiter failed to keep me informed. After a lengthy process, I was ghosted for weeks. This experience was unprofessional and disrespectful, and I would not recommend this company to others.
