As others have said a very junior engineering team. Likely not a place to go past a few years in your career. No leet code as advertised but extremely difficult to interview with associate level engineers. Was asked multi part question and the final part required no changes from the last part. Felt like the interviewer missed half the question as it made no sense unless another feature was implemented and getting them to understand the logical issue was futile. Would have to imagine sigma would be a frustrating place to work if you’re not just starting your career.
