There was a panel of 5 interviewers. You are first interviewed by the HR representative. Then you are interviewed by 4 scientists within the analytical chemistry department. Be prepared to answer questions about chemical principles as they do require you to know how to explain many things.

During coronavirus it was virtual. About four people sitting in on the interview and they take turns asking you different questions. It was overall a great experience and the people were very nice.
