Telephone interview asking standard questions about myself, give a time you received excellent customer service, what do you think good customer service is, why do you want to work at Ernest Jones etc Got through to face to face interview which was split into two parts. The first was a series of questions structured as "describe a time when......". There were a lot of these questions and they tended to over lap a little as I felt like I wanted to give a variety of examples but was running out since some of the questions were pretty similar. One question was "describe a time when you helped someone achieve something" which I wasn't prepared for so it threw me off a bit. The rest pretty much look for times you delivered excellent customer service and so on. The second part was a role play to sell some Jewellery. You get ten minutes to look things over and make notes (they took my notes at the end so think about what you write down).
