I had two in-person interviews. For the first interview i had three mini-interviews with different team leads. I met with Customer Experience, Operations, and Support. They were all very nice guys. They have more of an informal approach; no typical interview questions for the most part. Example questions: why do you want to do support and why at SP? What do you hope to get out of this job? Explain a time when you did something well in a support and a time where you didn't and how you handled it. I was also told by Operations that employees need to "create their own path" when it comes to advancement a the company. The 2nd interview was with the CEO who was VERY informal and had no questions prepared. I wasn't sure that he'd even read my resume prior to meeting with me. He swung one of his legs over the side of the chair he was sitting in so his legs were wide apart when we were talking which seemed like a red flag looking back on it now. He later crossed his legs. Finally I was sent an employment application to complete right away in the morning. I was offered the job around 4 pm that same day.

The interview process was smooth, everyone was very professional, and it moved quickly. The whole process took about two weeks to finish after they reached out to me the first time.
