I sent my application to an employee, and also submitted online. I was contacted by a recruiter within a week. I was scheduled for a phone screen with the hiring manager. Next, I was scheduled for interviews about two weeks later. I participated in a half day of interviews with 7 people. There were no coding tests and no white boarding exercises. Within a week, I received the offer decision.

The process started with an initial phone screen by the recruiter, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager. The last step was a 4.5 hour interview with various senior members of the team and an engineering team

I applied online and got an email saying that they respond back to every application within a week even if it's negative. It's been over 5 months and I still haven't gotten any communication from them. @Slack please update your default application response. I don't usually expect a response but you explicitly said that you would.

Entrevista
Phone Screen, On-site with 6 Panels. Engineer led Architecture Screen. Most of the panels had folks shadowing the interviews. Pretty standard engineering manager panels. Didn't get the impression they were using strict rubrics to evaluate candidates.
