Thoughtful conversations with a wide variety of team members. They were intentional about the questions they asked, and gave a great perspective on their roles at Slalom. I truly enjoyed my interview experience and felt like it helped me get to know the team, and gave me all the information I needed to make the right career decision.

Three rounds with one face to face and the other virtual on teams. A mixture of technical and functional questions from Senior Directors and above. Very informal style which was focused on fit for company culture.

It was cordial and I learned a lot about the company and their structure. They provided an overview of their verticals. The Recruiter was able to provide insight on where they thought my experience fit into the company.

Lots of interviews. i interviewed with multiple people. The process took a very long time and it was often unclear as to next steps. Overall, the interview questions were not difficult but it felt strange.
