Entrevista
I was contacted by the recruiting agent and met with her first to learn more about the company. This was more of a preliminary conversation to determine from both aspects (mine & Slalom's) if this was a good fit. The "fit" piece is important to stress because they value bringing in folks who are not just a laundry list of skill sets, but also an ideal blend into the culture.
After that I had my first phone call, then face to face meeting with my soon-to-be manager, and then (for my role) a case study presentation. The presentation was personally an exciting opportunity for me since I never conducted one before as part of the hiring process. It was a great opportunity to meet other members of the team and a good exercise outside of normal Q&A style session with technical resources.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
