The process was very straight forward. Throughout the process, it was very conversational and had focus on getting to know you as a candidate.
The entire process took about five weeks from initial interview to offer.
An introductory round (phone screen) with a recruiter to talk about Slalom largely looking for basic fit. Next came a basic technical phone screen with a team member in a similar role. The next three rounds we with the practice area team members I would be working with. This round tested for technical ability and general soft-skills need for client-facing work. The next two round was with the local leadership team. This phase had a heavy focus on cultural fit.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
