Entrevista
The headhunter was upfront and transparent from day one. I went through four or fives stages of interviews spanning several weeks. There was communication every step of the way giving me feedback after each round of calls. I received a lot of positive affirmation and guidance that encouraged me to continue to push through. I'm looking forward to Day 1 in a couple of weeks!

Four interviews starting with an HR recruiter, then two separate interviews with team members, and a final interview with a director. The interviews were friendly and it was largely behavioral based.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
