The interview process consisted of a series of interviews across all cross-functional teams I would be working with. It was very extensive from end to end and gave me an opportunity to learn about Slalom to see if it was a good fit for me. In addition, it gave Slalom an opportunity to learn all about me.

Lot of discussion/questions around my professional experience, business outcomes and type of culture I would like to work in. In addition, Slalom took the time to explain all areas of the business, their culture and gave me access to many individuals so I could learn and explore the opportunities at Slalom. Overall, it was a great experience.

Three rounds with one face to face and the other virtual on teams. A mixture of technical and functional questions from Senior Directors and above. Very informal style which was focused on fit for company culture.

It was cordial and I learned a lot about the company and their structure. They provided an overview of their verticals. The Recruiter was able to provide insight on where they thought my experience fit into the company.

Lots of interviews. i interviewed with multiple people. The process took a very long time and it was often unclear as to next steps. Overall, the interview questions were not difficult but it felt strange.
