Three stages. Usual scenario based questions, how you solve / react in certain situations. They focus on execution and collaboration. Interview was not very difficult and relatively easy to pass through if you’re competent in your job. Make sure to highlight your ability to work within the ups and downs and start up culture.

Great and simple. It was made very clear to me throughout the process what they steps were. Highly recommended. First phone call was quick and, 2nd stage was really responsive too.
