Initial call with recruiter was the first step. Afterwards, I was brought in for a series of interviews with managers and other employees. The interview process was easy, largely due to ineptitude on display from the managers. The questions they asked were scripted, boring and scarcely related to the role or success within the role. I did not get the impression that managers were qualified or capable.
