The process was overall very smooth. It started with a 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager followed by a 1:1 with HR to talk about benefits/comps then an onsite with three managers. One of the onsite managers that I spoke with had mistaken me for a different individual and did not have my resume with him. Thought that was odd but I had come prepared with print outs. The only negative experience is that you do not hear back if you did not get the job. This should be the most basic courtesy as interviewees have spent resources and time in the process.
