I applied to SmartSheet online. I had a 30 minute call with the Recruiter and then passed on to the Hiring Manager for 30 minutes. Fairly simple process, did not ask any hard questions. Was almost too casual.

It was a great experience and the interviewers were nice and welcoming. They asked very open ended questions that prompted a well rounded conversation. It was very smooth and easier than expected

Applied online and got to book a call quickly. Some guy was super dry in how he conducted this meeting.
No real responses, just ticking off boxes.
Overall bad experience, no emotional intelligence.
