Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Snap! Raise (Seattle, WA) em out. de 2017
Entrevista
Interviewed twice: first time a phone screen, then take home project (build a rails app) then in-person interview, then call with founder. I was led to believe an offer was forthcoming but none came. When I checked in a few weeks later they said they hired someone with more experience. Fast forward 6 months later I see they are hiring and apply again (with 6 more months experience), had phone screen and in person i-view. Was again led to believe they wanted to make an offer after hiring another key position, including asking for my salary requirements, then radio silence. Today I see them posting that they are hiring (for several positions I'm qualified for) and I've never heard back from my last round of conversations. I was initially disappointed that the timing didn't work out but now I think I dodged a bullet. This is not a company that follows through on commitments and respects people's time.

Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward. They checked for my breadth of programming knowledge; basic data structures, aptitude and a simple coding challenge to make sure I can code my way out of a paper bag. Nothing surprising or out of the ordinary.
They focus heavily on the cultural screening because they want to make sure you are compatible with the team first and foremost. This includes a phone-screening and on-site interview.
